When joining a Collaborate session using Safari 14 on macOS, you will initially struggle to hear what’s said. Blackboard are aware and working on a fix. Until one has been released, you will need to use Google Chrome or another supported browser.

Sharing Office Applications (Just an Application) does not always work as expected. When sharing some applications such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word, the Ultra window will initially show the shared application, but will not update when a new slide is accessed or scrolling to a new part of the page, or entering data into excel.
