Collaborate Problems Partially Resolved

It appears that the problems we have been experiencing have been partially resolved.

Live sessions should now be working as normal.

Currently all recordings remain inaccessible and this is likely to continue until the end of the week.

We apologies for any inconvenience caused but this entire episode has been totally beyond our control.
