Over the summer we updated Collaborate to version 12.5. Unfortunately there was a bug with this version that stopped recordings working in the expected manner so we switched back to version 12.
Blackboard Collaborate informed us that they have patched and fixed the issue relating to the Record button not appearing.
I have done some tests and all appears to be working as it should. All sessions that have already been scheduled I have now set to use version 12.5. Additionally all sessions that are scheduled from this point forwards will use version 12.5.
