OS X 10.8.4+ Problems Resolved

I’m pleased to announce that as of 31/10/2013 the issues that were stopping users using OS X 10.8.4 and above from connecting to Blackboard Collaborate sessions have been resolved. There is a new method of connecting for these users requiring a one time download of a launcher application.
