Session attendance report issues

Reports for sessions held after the most recent Collaborate upgrade may have incomplete attendance data.

The issue affects sessions which took place on/after 10 March 2022 that are reused, e.g. Course Rooms or sessions that don’t have an end date.

Blackboard tell us they are unable to fix broken or missing session attendance reports; A fix will be deployed by the end of today.
