Collaborate Recording Conversions Problem
It transpires that there is a problem with the recording converter that turns standard Collaborate recordings into mp4 videos. Description – The recording will appear to have converted but when trying to play it back the video will at best be only a few seconds long. Thank you for your patients regarding the problems we have been experiencing with Collaborate since Jan 4th 2014. I can now confirm that recordings are working again and as far as I can tell everything is working as expected. If you find this not to be the case please get in touch.
