Collaborate Fixed!

Thank you for your patients regarding the problems we have been experiencing with Collaborate since Jan 4th 2014. I can now confirm that recordings are working again and as far as I can tell everything is working as expected.   If you find this not to be the case please get in touch.

Collaborate Problems Partially Resolved

It appears that the problems we have been experiencing have been partially resolved. Live sessions should now be working as normal. Currently all recordings remain inaccessible and this is likely to continue until the end of the week. We apologies for any inconvenience caused but this entire episode has been totally beyond our control.

Collaborate Currently Not Working

We are sorry to announce that Collaborate is currently not working. It appears that all of our system accounts have been deactivated which means that no Live sessions or recordings can be accessed. We are working with Collaborate support to resolve this issue. This post will be updated as more information becomes available.
